天启年间，辽东关外怪病肆虐，人心惶惶，锦衣卫褚思镜（黄轩饰）只身北上探查，不料却卷入当地军民斗争，在终日笼罩辽东的迷雾之后，无数诡谲阴谋也正潜滋暗长，无形的触手正伺机而动……。When a casino owning dog named Charlie is murdered by his rival Carface, he finds himself in Heaven basically by default since all dogs go to heaven. However, since he wants to get back at his killer, he cons his way back to the living with the warning that doing that damns him to Hell. Once back, he teams with his old partner, Itchy to prep his retaliation. He also stumbles on to an orphan girl who can talk to the animals, thus allowing him to get the inside info on the races to ensure his wins。土豆性格懒散，时不时还会充下愣，卖下萌，耍下贱，平生有两大嗜好——吃饭和睡觉。按照土豆村的规矩，每个成员到了一定年龄都必须外出修行，但土豆却迟迟未动身。土豆爸爸无可奈何，只能乘着土豆熟睡的时候把他绑在一只巨大田鼠身上。当土豆醒来的时候已经身处一个繁华的都市中。 土豆无意中捡到无上神器“麒麟筷”，而受到各门派的追杀，慌不择路之下躲到了七号厨房中。土豆又在不经意中召唤出武魂“千年老参”，被迫作了他的徒弟，不情愿的担负起恢复江湖和平的重任。另一方面，麒麟筷藏在七号厨房的消息不胫而走，引得各种稀奇古怪的江湖人士前来抢夺，精彩且爆笑的故事从而拉开序幕……。
