本片为美国时代华纳公司旗下的Cartoon Network推出的动画长篇，1998年播映了完整的动画片。位于美国的小镇村里来了一位神秘的尤教授，秉着一颗让世界更美好的心，尤教授通过科学实验，制造出了三个拥有超自然力量的完美女孩——泡泡、毛毛、花花，泡泡比较天真和乐天开朗，毛毛比较暴躁和爱美，花花则是领袖及代言人，她们三人组成了惩奸除恶的“飞天小女警”组合。在小镇村内设有专线供村民呼叫飞天小女警来寻求帮助，飞天小女警的主要任务就是与魔猴啾啾（Mojo jojo）、毛茸怪兽（Fuzzy Lumpkins）、阿米巴帮（the Amoeba boys）、“他”（Him），以及蟑螂教练等一班坏蛋们斗智斗力。。This French family film is filled with action, animals, adventure, and suspense.
