明朝嘉靖年间，倭寇年年侵犯我国东南沿海边境，烧杀抢掠，无恶不作。兵部二品侍郎朱纨奉旨前往浙江平倭，并委派内务府总管太监王顺随行监督。不想在朱纨赴任途中却遭倭人埋伏，幸得周将军率兵相救才得以平安上任。时过不久，周将军在护送畲寨土司进贡的千年灵芝时，再遭倭人伏击，恰遇盐贩曹顶出手相救，才得以逃过一劫。朱纨得知后便决意将曹顶收入军中，联合抗倭。曹顶在为将之后与倭寇厮杀时，结识了女扮男装的畲寨郡主阿珠。原来土司伤重不治，临终前吩咐阿珠助曹顶共同抗倭。于是众人共同施计，欲擒倭首博多津，而只有王公公另有盘算，迟疑不决。曹顶、阿珠、周将军依计而行，通过数场与敌死战，终于诱出了匪首，原来在博多津的幕后还隐藏着另一个博多津操纵着全局……。于8月10日上线﹑Jeremy Bronson主创的Netflix新喜剧《All About The Washingtons》是根据Rev Run/Joseph Simmons及Justine Simmons经历改编的自传式家庭喜剧，剧中传奇说唱歌手Joey Washington（Rev Run饰）退下来后，他的妻子Justine决定借此追求个人事业，而Joey则要肩负起照顾孩子，保持家中秩序的责任。孩子角色由Kiana Ledé﹑Nathan Anderson﹑Leah Rose Randal及Maceo Smedley饰演。。Set in present day New Delhi, Gulmohar tracks the final four days, leading up to Holi, of the Batra family as they pack their belongings to move out of their thirty-four year old family home.
