本片改编自罗尔德·达尔鲜为人知的短篇故事，主人公是一名专业灭鼠人。。本作の主人公は、人気バンド“Indigo AREA”のメンバーだったキム・ジュニ。母国・韓国で挫折し日本へやって来たジュニが、恋人でもあるボーカルの脱退宣言を受けるところから物語がスタートする。消えてしまいたいほどのショックを受けたジュニは、SNSや音楽さえも怖くなり、すべてを投げ出し海辺の町へ。そこでジュニは狭い価値観の世界を抜け出し、生きるうえでかかせない人とのつながりをつかんでいく。。Last days of 1941 summer, the era of Obligation, during the famine atmosphere of the Second World War.
